The purpose of this laboratory is to focus on all possible impacts caused by renewable energy (including wind and solar power sources) integration, and to propose strategies and corresponding technologies to reduce the effects on power operations. These technologies Include forecasting, unit scheduling, system steady-state and transient analyses, control technologies, fault diagnosis technologies, power system resilience and flexibility, etc.

In recent years, our laboratory has graduated from the Zhongzheng School and has graduated from the master's degree in the fifth year, including Yin-Hsuan Chang, Chia-Hsin Li, Zonghan Lin, Zhengkuan Lin, Yunzhi Wu, Zhiyuan Liao and other seniors. The students who have graduated from the Zhongzheng School in the fifth and half years of the master's degree include Yu-Kai Chung, Yuzhang Li, Youjing Zhong, and Yuzhi Chen. Wait for classmates. So far, it has also actively trained senior students such as Boen Su and Zonghan Lin to study abroad for doctoral studies in American universities. In the future, we will actively urge students to study seriously and compress the time to complete bachelor's degree and master's thesis in five years.
