QUOC-THANG PHAN was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 1998. He received his B. S. degree in computer science from Ho Chi Minh City University of Science, and Vietnam National University-Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), Vietnam, in 2020. He is currently a post-graduate student in electrical engineering at National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan. Since 2020, he has been a Research Assistant with the Laboratory of Renewable Energy and Power System, National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan.

His research interests include the development of artificial intelligent applications in power systems, especially wind power forecasting and PV power forecasting using Deep Learning techniques.
